11-MONTH-OLD BOY ACCIDENTALLY NARCS ON DAD

We all expect a little indulgence from our parents when we inadvertently screw up. We happen to know about an 11-month-old Canadian baby who's going to need an extra ounce of forgiveness from his dada. The boy evidently called 911 by accident, leading police to his father's extensive marijuana-growing operation.

Canadian mounties showed up at the house in White Rock, British Columbia, last week, after receiving a hang-up emergency call from that location. After knocking repeatedly, the officers broke into the house and found a 29-year-old father on the other side, with no emergency in sight. "The gentleman was quite surprised," said a policewoman.

The father said he hadn't made the call and scoffed at the idea that his 11-month-old son could have dialed -- but then police spotted the baby boy in the act. "We saw him playing with the cordless phone and just pressing all the buttons, so evidently he had called 911," said the cop.

Instead of laughing the incident off, police inspected the man's house, which led them to a 500-plant marijuana-growing operation. The man was arrested, and is now awaiting trial, while the boy was left with his mother -- and will likely now cope with a lifetime of confused daddy issues.
