KEY LARGO WATER WORLD
You could go to Key Largo for the sun and sand, but there’s plenty to explore under the sea, too: John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the nation's first underwater park and home to North America’s only living coral reef; the 510-foot Navy ship-turned-reef USS Spiegel Grove; and the "Christ of the Abyss" underwater statue. If you’d rather stay surface level, take a glass-bottom boat tour, or get your feet wet on snorkeling outings with lessons for beginners.
