10. Coffee gets a thumb's up
If you love your lattes, then toast to your health. Drinking up to six cups of coffee a day won't shorten your life span, according to a June study. Plus, a cup of joe is full of antioxidants and may even have added health benefits. Women who drank two or three cups of caffeinated coffee daily had a 25% lower risk of death from heart disease than nondrinkers. This finding is promising, but men did not see similar heart benefits.
