VANCOUVER FAMILY VACATIONS

With one of the most moderate winter climates in Canada, Vancouver offers plenty of excellent family activities. Rent bikes and ride around the 1,000-acre Stanley Park, which houses a collection of totem poles and the Children’s Park Petting Zoo. Located right on the grounds is the Vancouver Aquarium, where you can go on an Animal Encounters tour to feed and train beluga whales and dolphins. Or, if you’re not afraid of heights (or gently swaying bridges), walk across the 450-foot-long Capilano Suspension Bridge and get a bird’s eye view of the coastal forest from the Treetops Adventure Course.
